We needed help moving a heavy treadmill and fragile kitchenware from Santa Rosa to Sonoma, and Robb & Messer Moving and Storage handled it perfectly. Antonio and Benedict used extra padding, secured every piece, and double-checked each item as it went into the truck. Their calm approach helped us relax during what’s usually a pretty chaotic day. If you’re in Sonoma County and need serious pros, these guys are it.

Tim, Akuul, and Yera helped us with our move. They were professional, efficient, and polite, and did a perfect job. They helped us with assembly and disassembly of our beds, wrapped everything, and brought everything without any damage.

I had an unique move which involved moving a 340# bathroom vanity from our shop, across the backyard, and around a tricky corner to get into our bathroom. The crew from Robb & Messer Moving and Storage were professional, did the move quickly, and everything went great! They were also the only company out of 5 I called that would do this single item move. I would definitely call them again for any other moving jobs.

Very reputable company! The guys were extremely professional and handled all of our items with the utmost care. We moved from Petaluma to Portland and everything was delivered in the same condition it was taken in. Quan, Jay, and Isaiah were outstanding on our daughter’s move from her home. They dealt with a very difficult situation due to several personal issues, including a power outage, but they packed everything up. Professionally and spent two full days getting everything out of the house ready for the new buyers of the home and stayed on track for the closing deadline for the new buyers. Robb & Messer Moving and Storage is the best moving company I have ever seen. They sent five guys to our house And they packed us in 10 hours and loaded everything. It took them 12 hours and then they sent two guys to unpack us and are coming back another day to help unpack us and the owners are coming and helping us unpack. It was a terrible terrible job and all five of the guys were so upbeat and friendly and didn’t seem to mind all the work they had to do at all. They were all happy as a lark and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this company. If you have a big stressful move they really have helped alleviate the stress they packed individually. And make sure nothing got broken. Also, the owner knows people who can help you hang your TVs and Handyman. Great bunch of people wonderful people highly recommend!

Overall none of My things were damaged which was My biggest concern. I had a sleeper couch to move, my wooden table, my bed frame, mattress, my vanity, my Dresser, daughters bed frame and her mattress. When i first called I spoke to Aaron I believe and he broke down costs etc and possible estimate. He also told me if they went over some minutes they wouldn't charge me for the 30 min price which they go by 2 hour minimum and then go by 30 min increments which is 65 for 30 mins I believe. Moving day 2 guy job apparently and they did come on time. I do appreciate that my vanity did not get damaged since it was one of the more sensitive things and asked for special attention to that item. When it came to my daughters bed.... which is an ikea loft bed frame. This Gave them a very hard time. The dissembly took quite a while. And when it came to the assembly that's what ate up the most time. It seemed to be a very complex bed for them and just be aware that they probably do not have much experience in assembling these kinds of beds. My bf went in and helped with the assembly or else they probably would of took wayyy longer and cost me way more money for just a bed assembly. The bed us complex. And maybe I should of hired a more experienced person to assembly the bed instead because it was costly for this. Plus my bf had to go in a help. Once done which ended up being 620 total. 130 each hour +100 drive time and they took 4 hours. Once done they went over 6 mins and I was still charged for the full 30. I wasn't told those before I was told I wouldn't get charged for going over some time. I did tell this to the mover guy Renee and he did say "well that's like us working for free for 6 mins".If that's the case then they should of worked up until the 30 mins. I probably had more things to do. He also told me he decided to not charge me for a box they used for my vanity. When my bf and I went I went back my house the box they used apparently was still at the first address lol. I understand companies are about their money but so am I. Just would of been nice to be told up front and not just say that to earn business because that just looks bad to me. But just glad my things weren't damaged. I did tip them because things weren't damaged.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I can't say enough about the professionalism of every person we encountered during our move. The movers themselves, Marquis and others, were kind, considerate, and respectful. I would highly recommend Robb & Messer Moving and Storage and would choose them again if the need would arise. Thank you Robb & Messer Moving and Storage for getting all of our stuff from Reno to Petaluma in great shape and Marquis please be safe driving that behemoth truck around the country!!
